The bungalow is a completely private home, centrally located in the heart of Augusta. Inside of the historic space, you'll find everything you need for an exceptional guest experience. Cozy living room w/ smart TV. Fully- stocked kitchen for prepping meals. Clean, comfortable bedrooms w/ memory-foam matresses, luxury linens, & window coverings. For stays greater than 30 days, a monthly mid-stay cleaning will be provided at no additional cost and will be scheduled at the guests' convenience. Druing this time the house must be vacant to allow our cleaners to work efficiently. This is a requirement for all extended reservations to ensure a clean and maintained property for all guests. We are experienced and local hosts and will be available to assist with any needs you may have during your stay. Pool: For safety purposes, guests are required to follow all pool rules posted at the property as well as listed here: The pool is NOT enclosed and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No glass. No diving. No running. No food in the pool. Swim at your own risk. All adult guests will be required to sign the pool waiver prior to receiving check in instructions. Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the booking and/or fees. We are happy to share our home with our guests. In turn, we appreciate you caring for our property as if it were your own. Please be respectful of our space and neighbors (including noise levels & parking).
