We had the best time at this AirBnB. We came with family and everyone was comfortable. The location was a beautiful neighborhood with mature trees, and finding good dining was only a few minutes drive. Martinez is near Evans as well, which is also nice to visit. The house itself was like the pictures. The living room and kitchen area were a great communal space, and we always gravitated there. Rooms were spacious, clean and simple. There were additional blankets in the closet, which was thoughtful. The backyard was great! We had a couple of pool days and barbecued. The pool is not heated, but the jacuzzi was a perfect addition. There is a camera overlooking the backyard, which is worth noting to future guests, but it did not affect our stay. Overall, we created many happy memories with our family and will think back on this time fondly. Thank you, Deanna and team for providing a lovely (and needed!) space to relax and stay!

Deanna was extremely helpful and very involved. Checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and was extremely responsive. The actual building was AMAZING, couldn’t have asked for a more private yet readily available location. Overall an amazing experience and stay!

Deanna was an exceptional host and truly came through for me when I needed it most. I had an unexpected situation with another Airbnb and needed to relocate quickly, and she was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in on short notice. That level of responsiveness and understanding made all the difference. Her place was exactly what I needed—clean, quiet, and perfectly situated for my business in Augusta. I was able to get in, get settled, and get back to my schedule without missing a beat. Everything was as described, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. I genuinely appreciate her professionalism and willingness to help in a pinch. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and accommodating host.

We had an incredible stay and could not have asked for a better experience. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. You can tell a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. The host was amazing, very responsive, accommodating, and made everything seamless from start to finish. It made such a difference for work our trip. We had the best time and are already looking forward to coming back next year.

This home in Augusta was the perfect fit for our family! The home was easy to live in with great common spaces as well as generous bedrooms and bathrooms. It was clean and maintained. Communication with the host was great and everything we have come to expect with homes we rent! A+ accommodations!

Deanna was a wonderful host. The home is immaculate, clean and very spacious. The home is in a nice residential community. The host communicated with us the entire stay to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommended if you need a place to rent while you stay in the Augusta area. Tarrence

We were in town for a family wedding - bride’s parents, grandparents, cousins, and family friends. The drive was long so it was so nice to have such a large space to spread out in. Downstairs suite for GPs, upstairs master and an en-suite BR, and 2 connecting BRs with a kid trundle would have been great for young families - everyone had a place to retreat. There was a plastic outlet protector in every socket, dressers bracketed to walls, elegant enclosure at bottom and top of stairs. The master bath/closet are huge! Historic House was renovated for an owner’s use and it feels like it. Everything is just perfect. We hosted friends for dinner before the wedding and had plenty of room for buffet and hanging out. Front porch, enclosed side and back parking pad and gazebo were lovely. Pretty much need to drive to restaurants, etc but they are close.

I needed a place to stay in Augusta for one night during the week of The Masters, and I always look for an older home with lots of charm and character. This studio apartment fit the bill to a tee! The place was easy to find, and it was especially easy to park - there was parking in the back and I never had to look for a space. My room was large and easy to get around. The bed was super comfortable (I'm really picky about my beds). I loved the old hardwood floors and entry way with its old world charm. I would stay here again!

This was my group’s second stay at Deanna’s for the Masters. It is close proximity to the course. All kinds of services on Bobby Jones Expressway when traveling from the West.
