1. Profile Photo Guests booking the listing must have a photo of themselves displayed in their profile prior to booking. 2. Number of Guests: All guests at the property must be listed on the booking. Additional guests are not authorized unless approved in writing in advance by the hosts. 3. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. 4. Pets: Your pets are welcomed guests in our home however pets are only allowed when previously authorized by the host in writing. Please keep pets off the furniture and wipe paws off when coming inside. Pets are required to be leashed when outside unless the area is fully fenced. Please pick up and discard your pet's waste from the yard and do not allow your pet to dig. Any damages or excessive cleaning related to the pet will be charged to guests. 5. Smoking/Fires: No smoking/fires on the premises whatsoever. 6. Noise/Parties: Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise or music in backyard to a reasonable level and not after 10pm. There are no parties permitted. We are a short ride to downtown where there are plenty of places to party, please keep our home a comfortable place to relax. 7. Parking: There is parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles and limited street parking. Please do not park on the grass or any landscaping and do not block the neighbors from existing their driveways. Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the booking and/or fees.

A third vehicle may be parked in the street along the curb however guests should be aware that given the cul-de-sac nature of this street, there is very limited street side parking. The master bedroom on the main floor and only one small step to enter the house make this property very accessible.
