Other Details to Note

Pool: Guests will be required to pool sign waiver prior check in. For the safety of our guests, guests are required to follow all pool rules posted onsite at the property. Please be aware that the pool is not enclosed and children in the back yard must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Property has hot tub on site that is closed for the season and not available for use by guests. For stays greater than 30 days, mid-stay cleanings will be required on a monthly basis and will be provided at no additional cost to guests. The cleanings will be scheduled M-F between 11a-4p at the guests convenience. Guests will be required to vacate the property temporarily during this time to allow the cleaners to complete the cleaning efficiently. We are experienced and local hosts and will be available to assist with any needs you may have during your stay. We always love to give recommendations about Augusta restaurants and things to do in the area. Please let us know if your group requires additional assistance or accommodations.

1. Profile Photo: The guest who booked the reservation must have a photo of themselves displayed in their profile. 2. Number of Guests: The total number of guests on the premise should be accurately reflected on the reservation at the time of booking. Additional guests are not authorized at the property unless approved in writing in advance by the hosts. 3. Parties/Noise: Parties are not permitted and will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise or music in the backyard to a reasonable level and not after 10pm. Please keep our home and neighborhood a comfortable place for all. 4. Pets: No unauthorized pets allowed on premises. 5. Smoking/Fires: No smoking/fires on the premises whatsoever. 6. Parking: Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. Please do not park on the grass or any landscaping. 7. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. 8. Damages/Maintenance: Please report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to address issues promptly. 9. Pool Policy: The pool is NOT enclosed and minors or those who cannot swim must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For the safety of our guests, guests are required to follow all pool rules. No glass. No diving. No running. No food in the pool. Swim at your own risk. All adult guests will be required to sign a pool waiver prior to check in. A link to the pool waiver will be shared for e-signature. 10. Mid Stay Cleaning Policy: For stays greater than 30 days, a monthly mid-stay cleaning will be provided at no additional cost and will be scheduled at the guests' convenience. During this time the house must be vacant to allow our cleaners to work efficiently. This is a requirement for all extended reservations to ensure a clean and maintained property for all guests. Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the booking and/or fees.

The location was very nice, easy to find. The house was clean, had great beds and a wonderful pool to cool off in. I would recommend staying there for families and groups. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.
