This condo is compact yet spacious with a full kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new all white linens, washer/dryer, dining area, large screen TV, workspace, and plenty of parking just outside the building entrance. Number of Guests: No parties/gatherings allowed. Please make sure the correct number of guests are listed at the time of booking as guests will be limited to the number in the reservation. Cooking/Dishes: Do not use metal on the pots and pans. Dishes should be washed thoroughly prior to checkout. Noisemaking: Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 10pm to7am. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived Pets: No pets on the premise. Smoking: No smoking on the premise. Any violation of rules may incur fees included but not limited to the following: Unauthorized party or gathering: $150.00 Smoking: minimum $250.00. No smoking allowed on premise whatsoever. Late checkout: $50.00 per 30 minutes after checkout time Unauthorized pets fee: minimum $150 Dirty dishes additional housekeeping fee: $50
