House Rules

1. Number of Guests: The total number of guests on the premise should be accurately reflected on the reservation at the time of booking. Additional guests are not authorized at the property unless approved in writing in advance. 2. Noise/Parties: Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise or music in the backyard to a reasonable level. There are no parties permitted. Please keep our home and neighborhood a comfortable place for all. 3. Pets: No pets allowed on the premises whatsoever. 4. Smoking/Fires: No smoking/fires on the premises whatsoever. 5. Parking: Parking is available only in the driveway. Please do not drive or park on the grass or any landscaping. 6. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. 7. Damages/Maintenance: Please report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to address issues promptly. 8. Mid-Stay Cleaning Policy: For stays greater than 31 days, a monthly mid-stay cleaning will be provided at no additional cost and will be scheduled at the guests' convenience. During this time the house must be vacant to allow our cleaners to work efficiently. This is a requirement for all extended reservations to ensure a clean and maintained property for all guests. 9. Spa/Hot Tub Policy: For safety purposes, all guests are required to follow all spa rules posted at the property as well as listed here: Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No glass. No diving. No running. No food in the spa. Swim at your own risk. All adult guests will be required to sign the spa rules and waiver prior to receiving check in instructions. The spa is open seasonally from Nov-Feb only. Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the booking and/or fees.
