Each Queen bedroom has its own PRIVATE bathroom. One bath with walk-in shower and the other with shower/tub. Relax on the rear enclosed patio and enjoy the private backyard. Located minutes away from the excitement of the Augusta National Golf Course, Augusta Country Club Course and Downtown Augusta. In downtown Augusta you can find walkways, history, entertainment and delicious food. Cross the Savannah River and find yourself in the SRP Park where you can watch the Augusta Green Jackets play, listen to live music, and enjoy good food and drinks. In the area you can also enjoy a nature walk on the Greenway where you can spot wildlife from the Savannah River. Located in the prestigious Forrest Hills area of Augusta. Close to Daniel Field private airport and Daniel Village shops and dining.

House Rules

1. Number of Guests: The total number of guests on the premise should be accurately reflected on the reservation at the time of booking. Additional guests are not authorized at the property unless approved in writing in advance. 2. Noise/Parties: Quiet hours are from 10pm -7am. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise or music in the backyard to a reasonable level. There are no parties permitted. Please keep our home and neighborhood a comfortable place for all. 3. Pets: No pets allowed on the premises whatsoever. 4. Smoking/Fires: No smoking/fires on the premises whatsoever. 5. Parking: Parking is available only in the driveway. Please do not drive or park on the grass or any landscaping. 6. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. 7. Damages/Maintenance: Please report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to address issues promptly. 8. Mid-Stay Cleaning Policy: For stays greater than 31 days, a monthly mid-stay cleaning will be provided at no additional cost and will be scheduled at the guests' convenience. During this time the house must be vacant to allow our cleaners to work efficiently. This is a requirement for all extended reservations to ensure a clean and maintained property for all guests. Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the booking and/or fees.
