4 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a great kitchen, and a big deck overlooking an awesome saltwater pool! All bedrooms are upstairs. The Master suite has a King bed, shower and jet tub.

Other Details to Note

Pool/Spa: Guests adult will be required to sign the pool/spa use waiver prior check in. For the safety of our guests, all guests are required to follow all pool/spa rules posted onsite at the property as well as in the waiver. Please be aware that the pool/spa is not enclosed and children in the back yard must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The pool is open seasonally from April - October. The spa is open seasonally from December - February. In the off season, they will be strictly closed and not available for use by guests whatsoever. For stays greater than 30 days, mid-stay cleanings will be required on a monthly basis and will be provided at no additional cost to guests. The cleanings will be scheduled M-F between 11a-4p at the guests convenience. Guests will be required to vacate the property temporarily during this time to allow the cleaners to complete the cleaning efficiently. We are experienced and local hosts and will be available to assist with any needs you may have during your stay. We always love to give recommendations about Augusta restaurants and things to do in the area. Please let us know if your group requires additional assistance or accommodations.

House Rules

1. Profile Photo: The guest who booked the reservation must have a photo of themselves displayed in their profile. 2. Number of Guests: The total number of guests on the premise should be accurately reflected on the reservation at the time of booking. Additional guests are not authorized at the property unless approved in writing in advance by the hosts. 3. Parties/Noise: Parties are not permitted and will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise or music in the backyard to a reasonable level and not after 10pm. Please keep our home and neighborhood a comfortable place for all. 4. Pets: No unauthorized pets allowed on premises. 5. Smoking/Fires: No smoking/fires on the premises whatsoever. 6. Parking: Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. Please do not park on the grass or any landscaping. 7. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. 8. Damages/Maintenance: Please report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to address issues promptly. 9. Pool/Spa Policy: The pool/spa is NOT enclosed and minors or those who cannot swim must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For the safety of our guests, guests are required to follow all pool/spa rules. No glass. No diving. No running. No food in the pool. Swim at your own risk. All adult guests will be required to sign a pool/spa waiver prior to check in. A link to the pool/spa waiver will be shared for e-signature. The pool is open seasonally from April - October. The spa is open seasonally from December - February. In the off seasons, the pool/spa will be strictly closed and not available for use by guests under any circumstance. 10. Mid Stay Cleaning Policy: For stays greater than 30 days, a monthly mid-stay cleaning will be provided at no additional cost and will be scheduled at the guests' convenience. During this time the house must be vacant to allow our cleaners to work efficiently. This is a requirement for all extended reservations to ensure a clean and maintained property for all guests. Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the booking and/or fees.

Deanna’s home was peaceful, spacious, close to a lot of grocery stores and food. The house was clean, comfortable, and the kids loved the pool! They were great with communication and checked in if we needed anything. I highly recommend to stay!

Deanna and team were extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating! The house was gorgeous and well kept! The pool area was beautiful, relaxing and fun! Plenty of driveway parking, couch was super comfy, beds were comfy, all of the bedrooms were clean, spacious and well decorated! 10/10 would stay here again!

The location was very nice, easy to find. The house was clean, had great beds and a wonderful pool to cool off in. I would recommend staying there for families and groups. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.
