Highchair, Pack N Play, and other kids items available upon request. Pets will be considered upon request. Please provide details prior to booking. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted as the owner has a cat allergy. Pets are only authorized when approved in writing. A non refundable fee will be charged per pet. Any damages/extra cleaning required due to pets will be charged to guests. Pets are not permitted on the furniture. The backyard is fully fenced! We are experienced and local hosts and will be available to assist with any needs you may have during your stay. House Rules

1. Profile Photo Guest booking the listing must have a photo of themselves displayed in profile prior to booking. 2. Number of Guests: No additional guests not listed at booking can spend the night, daytime visitors are welcomed but no parties are allowed. Please make sure the correct number of guests are listed at the time of booking. 3. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. 4. Pets: No unauthorized pets allowed on premises. Pets must be approved in writing prior to booking. Pets must be kept on a leash when outdoors as the yard is not fully fenced. Pets are not permitted on the furniture. 5. No smoking/fires on the premise whatsoever 6. For stays greater than 30 days, a monthly mid-stay cleaning will be provided at no additional cost and will be scheduled at the guests' convenience. During this time the house must be vacant to allow our cleaners to work efficiently. This is a requirement for all extended reservations to ensure a clean and maintained property for all guests. Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the booking and/or fees.

Great place for what we needed! Easy communication with the host and clear instructions. My kids loved playing with the games at the house and it was easy to get around town from our location. We’ll definitely book here again in the future!
