This is a prime location for the Masters Tournament! You can walk, but also a very short 3 min cab/Uber up Washington Rd. Only 5-6 min to downtown and medical district. We are experienced and local hosts and will be available to assist with any needs you may have during your stay. House Rules

1. Number of Guests: The total number of guests on the premise should be accurately reflected on the reservation at the time of booking. Additional guests are not authorized at the property unless approved in writing in advance. 2. Noise/Parties: Quiet hours are from 10pm -7am. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise or music in the backyard to a reasonable level. There are no parties permitted. Please keep our home and neighborhood a comfortable place for all. 3. Pets: No pets allowed on the premises whatsoever. 4. Smoking/Fires: No smoking/fires on the premises whatsoever. 5. Parking: Parking is available only in the parking lot. Please do not drive or park on the grass or any landscaping. 6. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. 7. Damages/Maintenance: Please report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to address issues promptly. 8. Pool: Guests must strictly follow ALL pool rules that are posted at the condo complex. Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Additional visitors will not be permitted at the pool. 9. Mid-Stay Cleaning Policy: For stays greater than 31 days, a monthly mid-stay cleaning will be provided at no additional cost and will be scheduled at the guests' convenience. During this time the house must be vacant to allow our cleaners to work efficiently. This is a requirement for all extended reservations to ensure a clean and maintained property for all guests. Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the booking and/or fees.

Guests will have access to the pool while it is open from Memorial Day through October 1.

Lake Olmstead Park, Eisenhower Park, Augusta's Historic Canal Trail and Mills are within 1 mile. Medical district is an easy 5-6 min drive.
