This ultra spacious and comfortable 2540 sq ft two story home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large master suite downstairs, and gourmet kitchen. 2 king/3 queen beds. There are TVs throughout the house and two porches perfect for entertaining! Plenty of parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. Hosted by Augusta's local STR experts - Garden City Hosts 🌷

Good to know

The Master suite is on the main level. The remaining rooms are all upstairs. Each bedroom includes bed, mattress w/cover, freshly washed linens, dresser, and closet. Kitchen is fully stocked for groups that like to cook and entertain 🍽. Large driveway fits up to 4 vehicles. For stays greater than 31 days, a monthly mid-stay cleaning will be provided at no additional cost and will be scheduled at the guests' convenience. During this time the house must be vacant to allow our cleaners to work efficiently. This is a requirement for all extended reservations to ensure a clean and maintained property for all guests.

1. Number of Guests: The total number of guests on the premise should be accurately reflected on the reservation at the time of booking. Additional guests are not authorized at the property unless approved in writing in advance. 2. Noise/Parties: Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise or music in the backyard to a reasonable level. There are no parties permitted. Please keep our home and neighborhood a comfortable place for all. 3. Pets: No pets allowed on the premises whatsoever. 4. Smoking/Fires: No smoking/fires on the premises whatsoever. 5. Parking: Parking is available only in the driveway. Please do not drive or park on the grass or any landscaping. 6. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. 7. Damages/Maintenance: Please report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to address issues promptly. 8. Mid-Stay Cleaning Policy: For stays greater than 31 days, a monthly mid-stay cleaning will be provided at no additional cost and will be scheduled at the guests' convenience. During this time the house must be vacant to allow our cleaners to work efficiently. This is a requirement for all extended reservations to ensure a clean and maintained property for all guests. Deanna’s home was a fantastic place to stay for our recent trip to Augusta. The location is convenient and the home was exactly as described. We would happily stay again next year.

Loved our stay, unfortunately it got shortened because of insurance company not extending the property in a timely manner so the property was rented to someone else for Masters week. Wish we were still there instead of the place we are in now
