Highchair, Pack N Play, and other kids items available upon request. Pets will be considered upon request. Please provide details prior to booking. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted as the owner has a cat allergy. Pets are only authorized when approved in writing by the owner. A non refundable fee of $100 will be charged per pet. Any damages/extra cleaning required due to pets will be charged to guests. Pets are not permitted on the furniture. The backyard is fully fenced! We are experienced and local hosts and will be available to assist with any needs you may have during your stay. We always love to give recommendations about Augusta restaurants and things to do in the area. Please let us know if your group requires additional assistance or accommodations.

Number of Guests: No additional guests not listed at booking can spend the night, visitors are welcomed but no parties/events are allowed. Please make sure the correct number of guests are listed at the time of booking. 3. Noisemaking/Parties: Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. No large gatherings or parties are allowed. 4. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived 5. Single use items: Bath soap, dish detergent, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, etc. are provided to get you started. **Any additional additional items must be purchased by guest(s) 6. Pets:  Pets allowed on premises only when previously agreed upon with the Host in writing. A pet fee will be charged per pet. Cats are not permitted. 7. Smoking/Fires:  No smoking is allowed on premise whatsoever. The fireplace should never be used under any circumstances. Fires or candles are not authorized at anytime for safety purposes.

We loved the house! Perfect for what we needed. Loved the kitchen and backyard area. Quiet neighborhood. Deanna was very accomodating to our needs and easy to work with. Would definitely rent again!!!

Great house to spend the holiday in. Deanna was super helpful prior to arriving and the house did not disappoint. It was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook meals without any issues. We met our 3 grown children for the trip and it was nice to have 4 separate bedroom areas. The temperatures were cool when we were there so we didn’t spend much time in the backyard but there is a new patio table with chairs and yard is fully fenced in. Quiet neighborhood with very little traffic yet close to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks Deanna!

The home was perfect for a family of 8 looking for a peaceful, clean, spacious place to explore Augusta. The neighborhood was quiet and very pleasant with mature trees. Felt right at home for the week. Deanna was very kind and always responsive. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Wonderful place.. the house is so comfortable, and spacious. This is the second time I have stayed here, and highly recommend. The area is so pretty with the Georgia pines, and flowers. Survey center with great restaurants and shops and Augusta national are blocks away. Great place and well taken care of. Any questions are answered immediately. Hope this place is available on my next trip

Find us

Masters: Stroll right up to the Augusta National! Groups in past years have enjoyed the 1 mile walk to the south gate. Only 6 blocks and no major roads to cross make this a breeze. If you prefer to drive it is only 3 min to parking areas. Augusta's best restaurants and shopping within 5-10 minute drive including Surrey Center, Washington Rd, and Downtown/North Augusta.
