This historic farmhouse has no central AC or heat. Multiple AC window units and space heaters are available as an alternative. We are experienced and local hosts and will be available to assist with any needs you may have during your stay. Please send a message if you require additional accommodations for your group or have any questions about the property :) Other: There are 3 outdoor cats that live on the property. Please do not let them in the house and make sure they are not locked inside the front enclosed porch when you leave. They are very friendly and sweet and we love them. Please LEASH DOGS so as not to disturb them. Caretaker will come by discreetly several times a week to check on them and replenish food station on the back porch. Please keep pets off the furniture and wipe paws off when coming inside. Please pick up and discard your pet's waste from the yard and do not allow your pet to dig. Any damages or excessive cleaning related to the pet will be charged to guests.

1. Number of Guests: The total number of guests on the premise should be accurately reflected on the reservation at the time of booking. Additional guests are not authorized at the property unless approved in writing in advance. 2. Noise/Parties: Keep noise or music in the backyard to a reasonable level. There are no parties permitted. Please keep our home and neighborhood a comfortable place for all. 3. Smoking/Fires: No smoking/fires on the premises whatsoever. 4. Parking: There is a large circular drive that is easy to park in and navigate, even with a horse trailer. Please do not drive or park on the grass or any landscaping. 5. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. 6. Damages/Maintenance: Please report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to address issues promptly. 7. Pet Policy: Up to 2 small dogs or 1 large dog may be authorized when approved in advance in writing. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside. There are 3 outdoor cats that live on the property. Please do not let them in the house and make sure they are not locked inside the front enclosed porch when you leave.
