Access: The owner or owner's 3rd party will retain access to the back of the property to collect eggs from our chickens. They are far from the house and should not disturb guests. You are welcome to free organic eggs! Profile Photo and Airbnb Identity Verification: Guest must have a photo of themself displayed in profile and identity verification prior to booking. Number of Guests: No additional guests not listed at booking can spend the night, daytime visitors are welcomed but no parties are allowed. Please make sure the correct number of guests are listed at the time of booking. Trash: All trash should be removed from the home weekly at minimum and placed in the large curb bins. All trash should be removed and placed in outdoor bins prior to checkout. Cooking/Dishes: Do not use metal on the pots and pans. Please thoroughly clean and put away whatever dishes you use. Run the dishwasher prior to checkout. Noisemaking: Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived Pets: No pets allowed on premises whatsoever. Smoking/Fires: No smoking is allowed on premise. Fires or candles are not authorized at any time. Any violation of rules may incur fees included but not limited to the following: Unauthorized party or gathering: $150.00 Smoking: minimum $250.00. No smoking allowed on premise whatsoever. Late checkout: $50.00 per 30 minutes after checkout time Unauthorized pets fee: minimum $150 Dirty dishes additional housekeeping fee: $50

Guests have access to the entire home, front driveway, back patio. The attached and unattached garages are locked off and not available for guests.
