Other Details to Note

For stays greater than 31 days, mid-stay cleanings will be required on a monthly basis and will be provided at no additional cost to guests. The cleanings will be scheduled M-F between 10a-4p at the guests convenience. Guests will be required to vacate the property temporarily during this time to allow the cleaners to complete the cleaning efficiently. We are experienced and local hosts who will be available to assist with any needs you may have during your stay. Please keep our home and neighborhood a comfortable place for all. 3. Pets: No pets allowed on the premises whatsoever. 4. Smoking/Fires: No smoking/fires on the premises whatsoever. 5. Parking: Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. Please do not drive or park on the grass or any landscaping. 6. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. 7. Damages/Maintenance: Please report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to address issues promptly. 8. Midstay Cleaning Policy: For stays greater than 31 days, a monthly mid-stay cleaning will be provided at no additional cost and will be scheduled at the guests' convenience. During this time the house must be vacant to allow our cleaners to work efficiently. This is a requirement for all extended reservations to ensure a clean and maintained property for all guests. Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the booking and/or fees.

My family and I visited Augusta for work and stayed for a month at the Deanna's house and it was a pleasant experience, a place I will return to as well as I recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy a nice house.

Deanna went the extra mile to place our family in this wonderful Airbnb. We were displaced due to Helene and loved our stay. Nice floor plan, a quiet neighborhood, and squeaky clean rooms were just what we needed. 💯

We were in town to help clean up after Hurricane Helene and this place was perfect. Super close to the August Golf Course where we were working and spacious enough to comfortably sleep 4 people. Highly recommend this place! It was literally perfect.
