Loft upstairs with ensuite bath. Office space with oversized oak desk. Full size washer and dryer. All white linens.

Good to know

3 flat screen TVs with golf channel so you can watch golf outside on the deck, in the living room, and in master bedroom. Each room has a new memory foam beds, freshly washed linens, dresser, and large closet. There is a small trash can, power cube with usb, and furniture caddy in all the rooms. Oversized driveway fits 6 vehicles with additional parking available on the street.

Other Details to Note

For stays greater than 30 days, a monthly mid-stay cleaning will be provided at no additional cost and will be scheduled at the guests' convenience. During this time the house must be vacant to allow our cleaners to work efficiently. This is a requirement for all extended reservations to ensure a clean and maintained property for all guests. We are experienced and local hosts and will be available to assist with any needs you may have during your stay. Profile Photo and Airbnb Identity Verification: Guest must have a photo of themselves displayed in profile and identity verification prior to booking. Number of Guests: Please make sure the correct number of guests are listed at the time of booking. The maximum guest count indicated in the house rules may not be exceeded at anytime. Trash: All trash should be removed from the home weekly at minimum and placed in the large curb bin. All trash should be removed and placed in outdoor bins prior to checkout. Cooking/Dishes: Do not use metal on the pots and pans. Thoroughly clean and put away whatever dishes you use. Run the dishwasher prior to checkout. Noisemaking: Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived Pets: No pets allowed on premises.
