This condo is compact yet spacious with a full kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new all white linens, washer/dryer, dining area, large screen TV, workspace, and plenty of parking just outside the building entrance. House Rules

Number of Guests: No parties/gatherings allowed. Please make sure the correct number of guests are listed at the time of booking as guests will be limited to the number in the reservation. Cooking/Dishes: Do not use metal on the pots and pans. Dishes should be washed thoroughly prior to checkout. Noisemaking: Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 10pm to7am. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived Pets: No pets on the premise. Smoking: No smoking on the premise. Midstay Cleaning Policy: For stays greater than 31 days, a monthly mid-stay cleaning will be provided at no additional cost and will be scheduled at the guests' convenience. During this time the house must be vacant to allow our cleaners to work efficiently. This is a requirement for all extended reservations to ensure a clean and maintained property for all guests. Any violation of rules may incur fees or cancellation of reservation.

The only thing I can say to keep this short is, THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Nothing can ever compare to how great we were treated, let alone how nice the house/area was.

Deanna’s place was wonderful for our quick masters stay. It was located near the course, the place was updated and clean and they were a fantastic communicator. If you need to be near Augusta National, I would highly recommend!

Loved staying at Deanna’s place. The condo was very comfortable and spacious and stocked with everything you’d need. Upstairs neighbor is a bit heavy footed but overall a great time!

Augusta's best restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do are within 5-10 minute drive, including Surrey Center, Washington Rd, and Downtown/North Augusta, and The Augusta National Golf Course. Lake Olmstead Park, Eisenhower Park, Augusta's Historic Canal Trail and Mills are within 1 mile. Medical district is an easy 5-6 min drive.
