Other Details to Note

Located on the edge of Summerville, the house is located walking distance to Buena Cafe. 0.5 miles up the road from Beck’s Restaurant. Beck’s is an trendy and more upscale seafood restaurant with great food and drinks. 1 mile up the road is Arsenal Tap Room, Sheehan’s Irish Pub and Indian Queen. Arsenal is good snack/tapas bar with great outdoor space right in the middle of Summerville on Monte Sano Ave. Sheehan’s is right across the street from there with well know food. Reviewed as one of the top restaurants to eat at during Masters week in 2018. Indian is the late night bar to go to with amazing handcrafted cocktails and great bar staff. 1 mile from the historic and iconic Partridge Inn. Definitely grab a drink on the rooftop bar. 2.5 miles from Surrey Center with all things food and shopping. My favorite places include Café Bodega and Abel Brown Southern Kitchen and Ouster Bar. 3 miles from the National and a short 5 minute drive downtown and 10 minute drive to Washington road. 5 minutes to downtown Augusta and all things on Broad street. 10 minute drive to North Augusta and the Hammond’s Ferry.

The home was great for a weekend at the masters. Location was extremely convenient- quick drive to the course and to local restaurants. Deanna was a great host- very responsive and making sure we had all information necessary. Would definitely stay again/recommend.

This home exceeded our expectations. The host left items for us we completely forgot we would need like: coffee, creamer, sugar, travel toothpaste and soap! The backyard was comfortable and had new cushions and furniture to use. We all commented on how QUIET the neighborhood is. The second night the only sound was a pair of owls talking to each other. No traffic noise, no neighbors making noise, no construction sounds anywhere, it was so tranquil. There were plenty of things to use in the kitchen and the paper plates and bowls left out were handy and kept the mess to a minimum. The beds were comfy and the available desk was used by one of us. One of the beds was a huge king size. We could walk to a local coffee place, go for neighborhood walks and very easily get to the Masters within minutes. Thank you for having us!
