Please ensure all doors and windows are securely closed to prevent smoke entering the home. No Pets inside **Service Animals Allowed** Although we do have pets who reside in our home outside of rental days, we do not allow pets during rentals with the exception of Service Animals.  No Unregistered Guests  Please ensure the only occupants staying at the residence are registered guests. No Parties/Loud Gatherings Please ensure there are no loud parties or gatherings. Quiet hours should be observed after 11pm to 7am in consideration of our neighbors.  Please do NOT use the fireplace Failure to follow rules may incur fees.

We stayed for the Masters. It was a bucket list trip for 4 friends and the place fit us perfectly. We could easily walk to the entrance. The house had plenty of beds and relaxing areas. We cooked both nights and it was easy to access everything. The host was awesome and this was the smoothest rental experience I have ever had.

Just as advertised. Really perfect for our needs as we were attending the Masters and it was a mile a way from the golf course. The space was clean, well organized, and loaded with amentities. Easy access and Deanna was proactive and responsive. One of my sons left something behind when we checked out, and Deanna got to me before I had a chance to get to her and helped remedy the situation. Would definitely return if I was in the area.

Deanna was wonderful to work with! With 2 years of post poned events, she honored our commitment and it was a nice place to host our guests. Best of all, when I had a request the night before I traveled to Augusta for some last minute arrangements for other guests, she found accommodations for them that were just what we needed! She helped me look like a hero and I greatly appreciate it!

Find us

Groups in past years have enjoyed the 1 mile walk to the south gate. Only 6 blocks and no major roads to cross make this a breeze. If you prefer to drive it is only 3 min to parking areas. Augusta's best restaurants and shopping within 5-10 minute drive including Surrey Center, Washington Rd, and Downtown/North Augusta.
