1. Number of Guests: The total number of guests on the premise should be accurately reflected on the reservation at the time of booking. Additional guests are not authorized at the property unless approved in writing in advance. 2. Noise/Parties: Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise or music in the backyard to a reasonable level. There are no parties permitted. Please keep our home and neighborhood a comfortable place for all. 3. Pets: No pets on the premises whatsoever. 4. Smoking/Fires: No smoking/fires on the premises whatsoever. 5. Parking: Parking is available only in the driveway. Please do not drive or park on the grass or any landscaping. 6. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. 7. Damages/Maintenance: Report all damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to address issues promptly. 8. Mid-Stay Cleaning Policy: For stays greater than 31 days, a monthly mid-stay cleaning will be provided at no additional cost and will be scheduled at the guests' convenience. During this time the house must be vacant to allow our cleaners to work efficiently. This is a requirement for all extended reservations to ensure a clean and maintained property for all guests. Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the booking and/or fees. Other rules (insert/replace only as relevant): Pet Policy: Your pets are welcomed guests in our home however pets are only allowed when previously authorized by the host in writing and the non-refundable pet deposit has been paid. Please keep pets off the furniture and wipe paws off when coming inside. Pets are required to be leashed when outside unless the area is fully fenced. Please pick up and discard your pet's waste from the yard and do not allow your pet to dig. Any damages or excessive cleaning related to the pet will be an additional charge to guests. Pool Policy: For safety purposes, all guests are required to follow all pool rules posted at the property as well as listed here: The pool is NOT enclosed and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No glass. No diving. No running. No food in the pool. Swim at your own risk. All adult guests will be required to sign the pool waiver prior to receiving check in instructions. Spa/Hot Tub Policy: For safety purposes, all guests are required to follow all spa/hot tub rules posted at the property as well as listed here: Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No glass. No diving. No running. No food. Swim at your own risk. All adult guests will be required to sign the spa/hot tub rules and waiver prior to receiving check in instructions. Smoking/Fires Policy: Smoking is allowed OUTDOORS ONLY. All cigarettes must be safely extinguished then disposed of in the provided container(s). If butts, wrappers, etc. are found on the ground, guests will be charged. No smoking indoors whatsoever. No fires on the premises whatsoever.

Guests have exclusive access to this home, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Note: this home has a basement/workshop. This area is off limits to guests at all times.
