Other Details to Note

For stays greater than 1 month, mid-stay cleanings will be required on a monthly basis and will be provided at no additional cost to guests. The cleanings will be scheduled M-F between 10a-4p at the guests convenience. Guests will be required to vacate the property temporarily during this time to allow the cleaners to complete the cleaning efficiently.

House Rules

1. Number of Guests: No additional guests not listed at booking can spend the night, daytime visitors are welcomed but no parties are allowed. Please make sure the correct number of guests are listed at the time of booking. 2. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. 3. No smoking/fires on the premise whatsoever 4. Pets: Your pets are welcomed guests in our home however pets are only allowed when previously authorized in writing. Pets should be kept off the furniture and wipe paws off when coming inside. Damage caused by pets (and humans) will result in applicable charges. Please ensure clean up after your pets. 5. Noise/Parties: Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise or music in backyard to a reasonable level and not after 10pm. There are no parties permitted. We are a short ride to downtown where there are plenty of places to party, please keep our home a comfortable place to relax. 6. Parking: There is plenty of parking in the driveway or on the street. Please do not park on the grass or any landscaping.

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is plenty of off and on-street parking. There are either very wide streets or sidewalks if you'd like to walk through the neighborhood or to one of the various nearby attractions.

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There are sidewalks on many of the roads, which make walking to nearby parks, restaurants, local shops and bars safe, enjoyable, and easy. The driveway is large enough to accommodate multiple vehicles and there is plenty of on-street parking if needed.

The home is centrally located to everything in Augusta as well as easy access to the interstate if your journeys take you outside the city. There are several things to do within walking distance to the house, however, you will need access to a vehicle to easily get around Augusta.
