House Rules: 1. Profile Photo Guests booking the listing must have a photo of themselves displayed in their profile prior to booking. 2. Number of Guests: All guests at the property must be listed on the booking. Additional guests are not authorized unless approved in writing in advance by the hosts. 3. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. 4. Pets: Up to 2 dogs will be allowed when previously authorized by the owner in writing. Please keep pets off the furniture and wipe paws off when coming inside. Pets are required to be leashed when outside unless the area is fully fenced. Please pick up and discard your pet's waste from the yard and do not allow your pet to dig. Any damages or excessive cleaning related to the pet will be charged to guests. 5. Smoking/Fires: No smoking/fires on the premises whatsoever. Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the booking and/or fees.
