Profile Photo and Identity Verification: The person booking the reservation must have a photo of themselves displayed in their profile and identity verification prior to booking. Number of Guests: Strict 3 person maximum. Please make sure the correct number of persons are listed at the time of booking. No additional guests will be authorized. Shoes: Please take shoes off while inside the home to protect the carpets/rugs. Vehicles/Parking: There is a 2 car maximum for this property. One parking spot under the carport and one parking spot on the curb at street. No additional vehicles will be authorized as the driveway is shared. Noisemaking: Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. Pets: Only authorized when approved in writing by the owner prior to check in. A non-refundable fee will be charged per pet. Any damages/extra cleaning required due to pets will be charged to guests. Up to 2 dogs will be considered. Please provide details prior to booking. We do not allow cats as the owner has a cat allergy. Pets must be kept off the furniture and wipe paws off when coming inside to keep the carpet clean. Pets are required to be leashed when outside the gated area. Please pick up and discard your pet's waste from the yard, and do not allow your pet to dig. Smoking/Fires: No smoking on the premise whatsoever. No fires or candles on the premise for safety purposes.

NOTE: This listing includes the rear cottage only. The front house located on the same property is also a short-term rental and is unavailable to guests booking this listing. Please do not disturb the guests at the front property. Parking is limited to one car under the carport. A second vehicle may be parked on the street. Driveway is shared with the front house.
