Perfect for school, business, and leisure trips to Augusta. Only 5 minutes to downtown, medical district, Augusta Universty, and canal walking/ biking trails. We are 20 minutes to Fort Gordon and 45 minutes to Plant Vogtle. Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood between the Augusta National Masters Course and the Augusta Country Club. Guests love the traditional character of our 1950s brick ranch home w/ beautiful hardwood floors and colorful bathrooms. We look forward to hosting you!
Good to know
This original master bedroom is spacious, well-lit, and includes full-sized closet and ensuite bathroom. All furniture is new and includes a queen memory foam mattress and down pillows so you can get a great night's sleep. The front living room, kitchen, and dining room are shared. There is also an extra full size fridge in the garage with a shelf for each guest.
Other Details to Note
We have a dog named Parker that generally stays in the back of the house with us. He's also in shared spaces (like the kitchen) when the owners are home. He loves to get pets from our guests once he warms up to them. Our home is best for guests who like pups :) Owners are young medical professionals who live at the property with our 2 year old. You can frequently find us cooking in the kitchen or hanging on the deck. We love to recycle as much as possible and also have a compost for your fruit/veggie scraps :)
