Very comfy 3 bedroom 2 bath house features memory foam mattresses, all white sheets/towels, wood floors, large sectional couch and flat screen TV in living room, and covered parking in the rear of home. Other Details to Note

There is an occupied cottage in the rear of the property. This cottage in not included in the rental. Driveway is shared and each property has its own carport. The sunroom can get rather hot/cold depending on the season due to all the windows. We recommend keeping the door closed between the sunroom and the rest of the house. The fireplace is not available for use by guests. We love our dogs and want to allow yours to travel with you too :) Pets are only authorized when approved in writing by the owner. Up to 2 pets will be considered upon request. Please provide details prior to booking. We do not allow cats as the owner has a cat allergy. A non refundable fee will be charged per approved pet. Any damages/extra cleaning required due to pets will be charged to guests. All pets must be kept on a leash when outdoors as the yard is not fully fenced, and there are tenants in the rear cottage. Pets are not permitted on the furniture. Please feel free to reach out with questions!

Profile Photo and Airbnb Identity Verification: Guest booking the listing must have a photo of themselves displayed in profile and identity verification prior to booking. Number of Guests: No additional guests not listed at booking can spend the night, visitors are welcomed but no parties are allowed. Please make sure the correct number of guests are listed at the time of booking. Trash: All trash should be removed from the home weekly at minimum and placed in the large curb bin. For stays greater than one week, the bins should be taking to the curb regularly to ensure there is not excessive trash at time of checkout. Noisemaking: Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. Pets: Up to 2 dogs will be allowed when previously authorized by the owner in writing. Please keep pets off the furniture and wipe paws off when coming inside. Pets are required to be leashed when outside unless the area is fully fenced. Please pick up and discard your pet's waste from the yard and do not allow your pet to dig. We do not allow cats at the property as the owner is allergic. Smoking/Fires: No smoking is allowed on premise whatsoever. The fireplace should never be used under any circumstances. Fires or candles are not authorized at anytime for safety purposes.

Clean home. The area was safe. Accessible to Augusta Nationals and all the restaurants and store around it. Wish there were tvs in bedrooms but thats just a personal preference. Overall this is a great home. If I had to do it all over I would rent again.

Deanna's home was as pictured and is in a great location with easy access to everything--grocery stores, i20 to get anywhere else you may need to go, the medical district, downtown, etc. The home was very clean and rooms were spacious. Plenty of room for a larger group. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking with lots of pots/pans. The listing said a starter of shampoo/soap would be available, but I assume this was written for longer term guests as there was plenty available for our vacation needs. Plenty of towels and linens and extra blankets and furniture was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

It was a very nice place outdoors was excellent. The lighting in the area was very good. Not a lot of traffic easy access to all grocery stores restaurants just sometimes the traffic on Washington Road could get a little hectic, but I learned to deal with it if I had to stay there again, I would gladly gladly do it again Very nice personality for the host. Easy to text messages and get an answer quickly. I just want to say thanks

We had a great stay. Deanna was very friendly and patient as I had to extend our stay several times and she gladly helped. The house is nice in a great location.

Find us

Groups in past years have enjoyed the 1 mile walk to the north gate. Route is along Washington Rd side walk. Augusta's best restaurants and shopping within 5-10 minute drive including Surrey Center, Washington Rd, and Downtown/North Augusta.
