About

Relax and enjoy this ultra cozy room with everything you need to feel at home. All new furniture including queen bed w/ memory foam mattress, dresser, and desk. Furniture caddy, power strip with usb, and all white freshly washed linens. Our super spacious home has a modern kitchen and large back deck perfect for enjoying the Georgia weather. Excellent location: 5 min to AU, VA, and Piedmont Hospitals and Augusta University campuses! 5 minutes to Lake Olmstead Park disc golf and bike trails.

Good to know

The shared bathroom is located nearby in the hall leading to your room. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all shared spaces in the home. There is also an extra full-size fridge in the garage with a shelf designated for you. You are welcome to use any herbs from our garden (mint, rosemary, oregano, lavender, and many more!). We love to recycle as much as possible and also have a compost for your fruit/veggie scraps :)

Other Details to Note

We have a dog named Parker that generally stays in the back of the house with us. He's also in shared spaces (like the kitchen) when the owners are home. He loves to get pets from our guests once he warms up to them. Our home is best for guests who like pups :) Owners are young medical professionals who live at the property with our 2 year old. You can frequently find us cooking in the kitchen or hanging on the deck. We love to recycle as much as possible and also have a compost for your fruit/veggie scraps :)

Deanna and Hunter were fantastic hosts. They were both very welcoming, friendly and overall made the place feel like home. The room was very clean and the ammenities were everything you could expect. Very clear instructions for check in and check out. Would strongly recommend!

What I loved about Deanna‘s place is that it is exactly what you see in the picture. Clean, welcoming, and peaceful Deanna throughout my entire time at her place checked in to see if I was OK if I needed anything, Deanna left me with peace, calm ,not a worry in the world.
