House Rules

1. Profile Photo: The guest who booked the reservation must have a photo of themselves displayed in their profile. 2. Number of Guests: The total number of guests on the premise should be accurately reflected on the reservation at the time of booking. Additional guests are not authorized at the property unless approved in writing in advance by the hosts. 3. Noise/Parties: Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise or music in the backyard to a reasonable level and not after 10pm. Small events and filming allowed for an extra fee. Please inquire about your special event prior to booking and include all details regarding your event for us to review. 4. Pets: No unauthorized pets allowed on premises. 5. Smoking/Fires: No smoking/fires on the premises whatsoever. 6. Parking: Parking is available in the back paved and gated area as well as on the street. 7. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. 8. Damages/Maintenance: Please report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to address issues promptly. 9. For stays greater than 30 days, a monthly mid-stay cleaning will be provided at no additional cost and will be scheduled at the guests' convenience. During this time the house must be vacant to allow our cleaners to work efficiently. This is a requirement for all extended reservations to ensure a clean and maintained property for all guests. 10. Thermostats: Because this is a big and old house, it can be drafty inside. The AC should be set no lower than 72 during the Summer and heating set to no higher than 68 during the Winter. We have fans and blankets to help make ensure you are comfortable during your stay. Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the booking and/or fees.

We were visiting the area for a ladies conference at Victory Baptist Church. This place was an excellent choice for us. I will definitely book again when we come back. Everything was just as it is in the listing. If you have a larger group or family, don’t miss out on this place!
