We've got a perfect solution for up to 10 guests... 3 complete separate living spaces under one roof, right in the HEART of historic downtown Aiken! Three residences with smart TVs, full kitchens & full baths means everyone has their own space to work, rest, cook, or take some quiet time. The big apartment has a dining table for 6, a large comfy living room couch for movie night & a fenced backyard (dogs welcome!) with patio & grill.
Good to know
All 3 apartments have full kitchens with dishwashers, a Roku TV, and a washer & dryer. Apartment 1 - ground floor, 1 bedroom with queen bed & full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Apartment 2 - ground floor, 1 bedroom with king bed & full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Apartment 3 - 2 queen beds, 2 full daybeds, full bath & half bath, small fenced yard, dog-friendly, with patio & grill. Parking for up to 8 vehicles, in driveway and free street parking... but you might not need it as you can walk to everything downtown! Each apartment is also available separately, but when you book this listing your party will be the only guests on the property.

The number of people and pets listed on the reservation match the number staying at the property. We understand that there may be changes to who is coming after you book; please just keep us updated. Even though you'll be just a block from the main street in historic downtown Aiken, the home is on a quiet residential street. We do ask that you be aware of noise outside and as with all Airbnb listings, parties are not permitted. Management is local and if there are noise complaints, you will be asked to leave without refund. No smoking permitted on the premises. If you use the grill, please leave it the way you would like to find it. Please clean up after your pets in the yard and keep furniture covered (blankets & towels provided). Dogs should not be left unattended in yard or apartments (unless crated). Obey local leash laws.
