This historic home is split into three apartment units - this listing is for Apartment 3. Apartment 3 has exclusive use of the fenced backyard. Please enjoy the grill and leave it as you would live to find it. Extra charge if we have to clean it after you. Non-smoking property that observes quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am. Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, entrances, and right side of the building. Up to 2 small dogs welcome, must be included on your reservation. Please do not leave pets unattended in apartments or in the backyard. Please clean up after your pet in the yard and obey local city leash laws. House Rules

1. Number of Guests: The total number of guests on the premise should be accurately reflected on the reservation at the time of booking. Additional guests are not authorized at the property unless approved in writing in advance. 2. Noise/Parties: Quiet hours are from 9pm -7am. Please be respectful of other guests, neighbors, and keep noise or music to a reasonable level. There are no parties permitted. Please keep our home and neighborhood a comfortable place for all. 3. Pets: We allow two small dogs at the property with prior approval only. No cats. Keep pets off the furniture and wipe paws off when coming inside. Pets are required to be leashed when outside unless the area is fully fenced. Please pick up and discard your pet's waste from the yard and do not allow your pet to dig. Any damages or excessive cleaning related to the pet will be charged to guests. 4. Smoking/Fires: No smoking/fires on the premises whatsoever. 5. Parking: Parking is available only in the designated area. Please do not drive or park on the grass or any landscaping. 6. Position/Condition: Place all remotes, tables, chairs, decorative items etc. in the same position or condition as when you arrived. 7. Damages/Maintenance: Please report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to address issues promptly. 8. Mid-Stay Cleaning Policy: For stays greater than 31 days, a monthly mid-stay cleaning will be provided at no additional cost and will be scheduled at the guests' convenience. During this time the house must be vacant to allow our cleaners to work efficiently. This is a requirement for all extended reservations to ensure a clean and maintained property for all guests. Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the booking and/or fees.
